Harmony is paving the way to revolutionize how we think about baby nutrition. In the front lines working hands-on with our breast milk component based infant formula is our Head of Product Development, Dr. Raphaëlle O’Connor.

Keeping in mind regulatory approval, commercialization, and most importantly, the best possible nutrition to infants, Raphaëlle is working in all stages of the product, from initial design to manufacturing to selling.

“I am super excited that I can leverage my experience to enter a new field where we’re going to use biotechnology to manufacture bioactive proteins and have a really strong biological activity that can make a big difference to the health and wellness of babies.”

Raphaëlle works on the design and formulation of our product, the sourcing of the various ingredients that go into it, and the manufacturing, processing, and scale up of the complete infant formula, and commercialization once finished. She is one of the world’s leading infant formula experts, with over “25 years working in research, development, and innovation of multiple different infant formula products,” for some of the industry giants, such as Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Amgen, and Wyeth. Harmony could not be happier to have her on board, delving into new opportunities to change the way we do baby nutrition.
